MitchMortar O30WR is a ready to use water resistant masonry mortar, specially formulated and manufactured for use in brick, block, and stone masonry construction. MitchMortar O30WR is usually recommended for laying and grouting of masonry units in interior applications for non load bearing structures, in areas subjected to high humidity and moisture levels. It’s use in exterior applications is not advised but it can be used in some special circumstances for which approval may be obtained from the engineer concerned.
