MitchMortar O30 is a ready to use masonry mortar, specially formulated and manufactured for use in brick, block, and stone masonry construction. MitchMortar O30 is usually recommended for laying and grouting of masonry units in interior applications for non load bearing structures. It’s use in exterior applications is not advised but it can be used in some special circumstances for which approval may be obtained from the engineer concerned. For moisture sensitive areas, a water resistant formulation is also available.
